I grew up in the northwest corner of Washington State... Lynden, Bellingham, Tacoma, Enumclaw, and Olympia. My father was a contractor and developer in Bellingham. My family was always discussing building and being involved with homes and real estate so this seemed a natural progression. In fact, my father used to call me and ask me to come out to the job site to pour concrete, and if anyone has done this, you know what it means to work really hard.
In 1997, I received my B.A. in Communication from Western Washington University. The next five years was spent as a Customer Service Manager at a fortune 500 grocery market. This experience has helped to prepare me for working with clients in a real estate atmosphere with customer service as the primary focus. I promise to make your buying or selling experience as stress-free as possible and I promise to have fun doing it.
I have a daughter named Macy who is 20 years old, a daughter Mia who is 16 years old and a son Ryder who is 12. They keep me running constantly! I am a master at juggling!
Growing up with a father in construction has given me a lot of practical experience. I know what to look for in a home. I will use this experience to help you. With my new construction background coupled with my continuing education in new and innovative ways to build I can definitely bring some ideas to the table. Call me, I am ready to work for you.

I grew up in Hamilton Montana, where my dad co-owned a real estate brokerage. In 1986 our family moved to Moses Lake where I met my husband Rolly. In 1990 we moved to western Washington where I managed in the retail industry. I spent many years in retail negotiating with national manufacturers, which is a skill that is a must in real estate. Rolly & I moved back to Moses Lake in 2001 and studied to become real estate appraisers. We currently own Accredited Appraisal Services and are certified for both residential & commercial property appraisals. As I became more involved in real estate through the appraisal perspective, I realized representing buyers and sellers was really my passion. I've served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and have also been involved in the Grant County Economic Development Council as a board member, president and past president which included serving on the Executive Committee for 4 years and the Long Range Planning Committee. I have served on the Board of Directors and served as the RPAC Represenative for the Moses Lake / Othello Association of Realtor's. I was honored to receive the Realtor Community Service Award in 2012 and Realtor achievement award in 2016. Giving back to my community is so important to me. I am excited for what the future holds in Moses Lake & cant wait to be a part of that progress.

Originally from Pasco, Washington, and after being away for almost 30 years in San Francisco, Phoenix, Seattle, and Hawaii, I returned to the Central Washington area in 2008. It is great to be closer to family and to enjoy all the perks that go along with it. I have a keen interest in all sports from college to pros, and yet nothing compares to being outdoors in the Northwest. I enjoy being outdoors whether it’s camping, fishing, golfing, or walking with my dog.
My experience in education, hospitality, and retail management will serve as the backbone for providing quality customer service. While earning my undergraduate degree at Arizona State University, I worked full time at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona and eventually went into Hospitality Management with Starwood Hotels & Resorts. For 5 years I taught at a private school for students with special needs. I also have 2 years of Retail Management experience while attending Junior College and playing basketball.
My goal is to diligently work for you. I understand that finding the right home, neighborhood, and schools can be made easier with an agent who has a feel for you or your family’s well-being. Whether you are buying or selling a property, you should place yourself in the hands of a real estate professional. I am a 3rd generation Realtor in my family.
I’ve lived in the Pacific Northwest all of my life and can’t imagine living anywhere else. I grew up in Portland, Oregon and went to college in Ashland and Monmouth, Oregon. I lived in Issaquah for seven years and then moved to Moses Lake, where I’ve been for the last 19 years.
After graduating from high school in Portland, I attended Southern Oregon for one year and then transferred to Western Oregon where I received my B.A. in Communications. While attending college, I worked for my family’s Old Fashion Soda Fountain that was located on the corner of First and Main in Independence, Oregon. Working there and going to school, I realized I loved living in a small community and how much fun it is to get involved. Since living in Moses Lake, I’ve worked at Big Bend Community College, taught classes at Samaritan Hospital, and work for a state program helping vulnerable adults and children find qualified care providers. I love helping people.
I met my husband while working in my family’s store. He was coaching and working on his Masters while I was finishing up my B.A. We have a 22-year-old son who’s currently a WSU Cougar and a 19-year-old daughter who’s attending Oregon State University. We love cooking, gardening, traveling, and just hanging out on our patio enjoying the sunsets with friends.
I grew up in the great Pacific Northwest. Every year my family and I traveled to Eastern, WA for all the fun outdoor activities. Duck hunting and Fishing are some of my fondest memories growing up. It only seemed natural that in 2014 I took the plunge, and moved to sunny and beautiful Moses Lake.
I completed 2 years at a Vocational School in Sea-Tac, WA specializing in Marketing and Design. Attended trips to New York and California with recognition as Student of the Year. Completed 2 years Business and Marketing at Edmonds Community College. I’ve worked as a Florist, Visual Specialist, and for the past 10 years as an Interior Designer. Within those years, I completed multiple build and design implementations as project manager. Budget and timelines are my middle name

I love the lake life Moses offers. Fishing and kayaking is my zen time. I enjoy gardening, flowers and veggies alike. You will constantly see me spray painting or staining something whenever I have a spare moment. I enjoy taking something old and giving it new life. If there is a vintage show, I’m there.
