I grew up in the northwest corner of Washington State... Lynden, Bellingham, Tacoma, Enumclaw, and Olympia. My father was a contractor and developer in Bellingham. My family was always discussing building and being involved with homes and real estate so this seemed a natural progression. In fact, my father used to call me and ask me to come out to the job site to pour concrete, and if anyone has done this, you know what it means to work really hard.
In 1997, I received my B.A. in Communication from Western Washington University. The next five years was spent as a Customer Service Manager at a fortune 500 grocery market. This experience has helped to prepare me for working with clients in a real estate atmosphere with customer service as the primary focus. I promise to make your buying or selling experience as stress-free as possible and I promise to have fun doing it.
I have a daughter named Macy who is 15 years old, and a daughter Mia who is 11 years old and a son Ryder who is 7. They keep me running constantly! I am a master at juggling!
Growing up with a father in construction has given me a lot of practical experience. I know what to look for in a home. I will use this experience to help you. With my new construction background coupled with my continuing education in new and innovative ways to build I can definitely bring some ideas to the table. Call me, I am ready to work for you.
The question of why real estate is the choice for my present and future is a common question. The answer to that question is that becoming a real estate broker met both by professional and personal goals for the next chapter of my life. Real estate has been a personal passion since I was a child through helping people achieve their goals with their homes has always been at the top of my passion list. Whether it be assisting friends and family through the process of buying a home, helping them prepare their home to be sold, or even remodels and repairs just for the enjoyment of living in their home. Helping others through real estate has always been a lifelong passion.
Honesty, integrity, having a problem solving ability, being genuinely friendly and easy to talk to are some of the attributes that I have to offer so that my clients can comfortably and calmly meet their dreams of home ownership as they travel through the journey of life.
Moses Lake is my home. I am in central Washington where it is sunny over 300 days a year. There are limitless recreational opportunities in Grant County including prime fishing, hunting, golfing and ORV activities on our fabulous sand dunes. This small town located along I-90 is just 2.5 hours from Seattle. The people are friendly and very community minded.
I was born in Cheyenne, WY. I also lived in Colorado and have wonderful memories of the Rockies, Vail Resort, and, of course, ....THE.... Denver Broncos. At age 9 my family moved to Bellingham where I graduated from high school, attended college and worked in the Oil industry. For more than a decade I have been on the Board of Directors for a local credit union.
Why Barry? I will put all of my expertise and experience to work for you. I look forward to hearing from you.

I work exclusively in the commercial, industrial and investment real estate market. I handle commercial buildings for sale, commercial & industrial development land, subdivision development land, commercial and industrial leasing, and commercial property management. I grew up on a farm, so I enjoy helping farmers and investors buy and sell farm land. I was 2005-2006 President of the Grant County Economic Development Council and I am still active on the Board. Helping our community grow through recruitment & retention of industrial business is one of my professional passions.
I grew up in the Columbia Basin. My family was one of the first families in the Columbia Basin project. In 1978 my company moved me to San Francisco. In 1983 I founded a venture backed high tech company that was ultimately sold to a public company. In 1992 I moved back to Eastern Washington and took a sabbatical for a year. In 1993 my wife and I reopened my father’s real estate business here in Moses Lake. After operating successfully for 4 years as an independent agency, we purchased the local Windermere agency in 1997. My passions are all outdoor activities. In the spring and summer I fish for bass on Moses Lake and Potholes Reservoir with an occasional float trip on the Grande Ronde for smallmouth. From July through November I float the Deschutes, Klickitat and Grande Ronde to fly fish for steelhead. In the fall and winter I hunt ducks and chase chukar & quail. The greatest challenge and frustration of all my hobbies is the game of golf. I have every shot in the game...I just don’t know when they will happen.
My clients can expect: Honesty - in all dealings, in all ways. This principle is foremost in my personal and business relationships. Professionalism - representing clients is my business and I will do so in a professional manner that promotes trust, respect and repeat business. Value - the cost of my services will never be the lowest in the market but my clients can always expect the most value for the fees they pay.

I’ve lived in the Pacific Northwest all of my life and can’t imagine living anywhere else. I grew up in Portland, Oregon and went to college in Ashland and Monmouth, Oregon. I lived in Issaquah for seven years and then moved to Moses Lake, where I’ve been for the last 19 years.
After graduating from high school in Portland, I attended Southern Oregon for one year and then transferred to Western Oregon where I received my B.A. in Communications. While attending college, I worked for my family’s Old Fashion Soda Fountain that was located on the corner of First and Main in Independence, Oregon. Working there and going to school, I realized I loved living in a small community and how much fun it is to get involved. Since living in Moses Lake, I’ve worked at Big Bend Community College, taught classes at Samaritan Hospital, and work for a state program helping vulnerable adults and children find qualified care providers. I love helping people.
I met my husband while working in my family’s store. He was coaching and working on his Masters while I was finishing up my B.A. We have a 22-year-old son who’s currently a WSU Cougar and a 19-year-old daughter who’s attending Oregon State University. We love cooking, gardening, traveling, and just hanging out on our patio enjoying the sunsets with friends.
I grew up in the great Pacific Northwest. Every year my family and I traveled to Eastern, WA for all the fun outdoor activities. Duck hunting and Fishing are some of my fondest memories growing up. It only seemed natural that in 2014 I took the plunge, and moved to sunny and beautiful Moses Lake.
I completed 2 years at a Vocational School in Sea-Tac, WA specializing in Marketing and Design. Attended trips to New York and California with recognition as Student of the Year. I love the lake life Moses offers. Fishing and kayaking is my zen time. I enjoy gardening, flowers and veggies alike. You will constantly see me spray painting or staining something whenever I have a spare moment. I enjoy taking something old and giving it new life. If there is a vintage show, I’m there.
