Moses Lake: For Sale, Sold and Pending

This 15 month historical graph shows the number of active residential listings (for sale) in Moses Lake per month, the number that were put under contract (pended) and the number of previously pended properties that are closed (sold). The number of homes from February 1st through April 30th is up 5.4% over the same period of 2009. An even better signal is that 2010 pended sales increased from February 1st through April 30th over the same period of time last year. Tax credit incentives should lead to a surge in sales through June 30th.
