Days on Market & Sold to List Price Percentage

This graph shows the average days on market for sold homes each month, which means the number of days from the date a property is listed, until the property goes pending. It’s good to note there are usually anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months between the date a property goes pending to the date the sale actually closes. The graph also shows the average percentage difference between the average list price and the average sale price of homes sold each month. Homes that are priced to the current market sell quickly.

The cumulative days on market increased dramatically as sellers are putting their homes back on market this spring.
