Average Price for Sale and Average Price Sold in Moses Lake

This graph shows both the average price of homes listed for sale in each month and the average price of the homes actually sold in each month. The difference between the average list price and the average sold price reflects the fact that the upper end of the market (higher priced homes) are not selling as well as entry level and moderately prices homes. The average sold price in the last 5 months indicates that the homes in the lower price range continue to sell and that sellers are beginning to lower their prices.
