About Myself
I grew up in Spokane and graduated from Mead High School in 1979. Not long after, I got my Real Estate License and started my lifelong career path. In 2007 I moved back to E. Wa. after 25 years of selling RE in Snohomish County. I wanted to pursue trading Foreign Currencies in the Spot Forex Market. After a couple years away, I found myself missing the daily challenges RE offers. I like to help people that need an honest and reliable advocate in the RE market. I am still trading, but glad I have found a new home here at Windermere. I have 3 children 17, 14, and 9. I love to hunt, fish, and golf depending on the season.
Experience
I have 29 years experience putting buyers and sellers together. I have bought, sold, platted, built, remodeled, owned personal and investment properties, and most important, in that time I have become an advocate second to none for my clients. I am an expert negotiator and always look for the best possible win win scenario for my clients. I know how to navigate the sometimes extremely complex maze of getting offers from acceptance to closing. You will get honest and professional service and have my experience on your side.
Business Goals
After many, many years of "Top Producer" levels, I am looking to help a smaller group of individuals and provide a more personal level of help and expertise. I find the satisfaction in this business is taking someone and not only getting them a new home or selling the one they have, but being the advocate they need to help them save money, find the best deals, and feel thier best interests are being fiercely protected.
