Current Business Review

I work exclusively in the commercial, industrial and investment real estate market. I handle commercial buildings for sale, commercial & industrial development land, subdivision development land, commercial and industrial leasing, and commercial property management. I grew up on a farm, so I enjoy helping farmers and investors buy and sell farm land. I was 2005-2006 President of the Grant County Economic Development Council and I am still active on the Board. Helping our community grow through recruitment & retention of industrial business is one of my professional passions.

Personal Background

I grew up in the Columbia Basin. My family was one of the first families in the Columbia Basin project. In 1978 my company moved me to San Francisco. In 1983 I founded a venture backed high tech company that was ultimately sold to a public company. In 1992 I moved back to Eastern Washington and took a sabbatical for a year. In 1993 my wife and I reopened my father’s real estate business here in Moses Lake. After operating successfully for 4 years as an independent agency, we purchased the local Windermere agency in 1997. My passions are all outdoor activities. In the spring and summer I fish for bass on Moses Lake and Potholes Reservoir with an occasional float trip on the Grand Rhonde for smallmouth. From July through November I float the Deschutes, Klickitat and Grand Rhonde to fly fish for steelhead. In the fall and winter I hunt ducks and chase chukar & quail. The greatest challenge and frustration of all my hobbies is the game of golf. I have every shot in the game...I just don’t know when they will happen.

Commitment to Clients

My clients can expect: Honesty - In all dealings, in all ways. This principle is foremost in my personal and business relationships. Professionalism - Representing clients is my business and I will do so in a professional manner that promotes trust, respect and repeat business. Value - The cost of my services will never be the lowest in the market but my clients can always expect the most value for the fees they pay.
