Mae Valley

Mae Valley is the area on the west side of Moses Lake. It is somewhat rural in nature but does include the subdivisions of Moses Pointe, Cove West, Country Club Estates and Sun Terrace. There are two outstanding golf courses- The Moses Lake Golf Club and The Links at Moses Pointe. Many beautiful homes line the west side of Moses Lake along Westshore Drive. The single-family home values generally range from $150,000 to $600,000.
